Little DreamChasers Academy is a safe, happy, joyful and secure atmosphere with loving,well-qualified teachers. A developmentally appropriate environment for infants,toddlers and preschoolers. Our focus is to create a stimulating early education experience that promotes each child’s social/emotional, physical and cognitive development while having fun and teaching children to Dream Big.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Our philosophy as teachers is simple, children should have an environment that is secure and consistent. Children need to be able to form secure attachments outside of their parents with teachers/caregivers. This is simply done by creating a loving and nurturing environment.

Our teachers encourage the kids to play, facilitating social skills and critical thinking along the way. We provide  structure, giving children a dependable routine, such as certain days of the week for set enrichments like language immersion, sports, or gardening. There is also an emphasis on creative learning, reading, singing and overall creativity. Little DreamChasers Academy is great for kids who want that daily predictability with opportunities for independent teacher supported learning experiences.

A “ Day in the Life “ of our Infants

Throughout the day babies are regularly fed and changed, every feeding and changing is recorded so parents can understand the events of the day and ask questions. Rest, song & sign language, oral language, reading, motor skills, sensory, and socialization.are essential parts of our infant care.

Toddlers- 18 months to 24 months

A “Day in the Life” of our Toddlers

Hands on learning and play keeps toddlers actively engaged and continuously interested in understanding more about themselves, friends, family and the world around them. This is achieved through Whole Group circle, small groups,self- help skills, PLAY PLAY PLAY. Playground time and rest.

Shining Stars

Preschool & Pre-K--3 years to 4 years

A “ Day in the Life” of our Preschool & Pre-K

This is a good time to develop good learning habits and self esteem,young children learn through play and creative activities. We focus on fun in order to achieve our important early education  milestones. Letters and sounds, name recognition, colors, shapes, objects, numbers and counting,cutting and drawing, socializing and sharing all help to prepare our Shining Stars for Kindergarten.
